Founder Mapping

One of the best activities we did at Antler when we designed our Residency program was working with Kindling and Kaustubh. We gave him a very hazy brief in the beginning since we started working with them as an experiment. Kaustubh crafted that brief into an energizing and insightful 2-day retreat for our founders. We got an NPS of 90 for these two days :) 

 

They were able to understand what it takes to be a founder, what traits of a founder need to be identified and honed and how to communicate any conflicts without creating a defensive situation. It was marvellous to see alpha operators and founders open up, be vulnerable, share their own learnings and absorb from these sessions. 

 

Beyond this, Kaustubh has been a personal mentor and sparring partner on several challenges in my own journey of building a fantastic founder program. He's helped me think through exhibited behaviours and unveiled hidden insights with his very unique style of questioning. Kaustubh knows the key questions to ask and it feels thoroughly non-judgemental as he clears the cobwebs off your head and the problem! 

 

Kaustubh's empathy, accessibility and most importantly, his ability to take feedback and show vulnerability stood out for me as outstanding traits I'd want to emulate.
